make the most of your day!

You’ve signed up, or are thinking of signing up, for the Mountain Madness Twin Cities event this year. What now? How does one even begin to train for such a thing!? We’ve got you covered.

We will have a 6-week comprehensive training program leading up to the event which will include training twice/week in a small group format at a great facility, two outings to Afton State Park to experience trail running in similar conditions to the upcoming event, and finally strategy and nutrition information for how to maximize your event day.

Training times are set at Tuesday/Thursday 7:15pm start, beginning May 21. Saturday trail runs at Afton are May 25 & June 22, 8am start. Cost for the entire program is $149/person (race registration not included), we will need a 4-person minimum to run the program. If these days/times won’t work for you, and you have 4 people, contact me to set up your own program, same rate, at days/times that work for you. Weekday training will be conducted at In Motion Fitness in Arden Hills, just off 694/Lexington.

Coach Andy has the ideal background for this event!
